Twisted! is the story of Oliver Twist 15 years on, with music and lyrics by Esler Burke (with additional songs composed by Si Wall and orchestrated by Gregg Birrell).

The cast of Twisted! opened in June 2025, at The Albert Halls in Bolton.

Maria’s role as Musical Director and Vocal Coach included teaching and rehearsing the full ensemble, providing 1-1 vocal tuition, and working with the Young Casts. Maria also musically supervised the recording of a cast album, composed additional harmonies and created Piano/Vocal scores for key numbers. Please get in touch for examples of this work.
